The Holland Difference

Local Roots. Thoughtful Guidance. A Better Way to Move.

Real estate decisions shape far more than where you live. They influence your finances, your family, and the opportunities available in the years ahead. The Holland Difference combines Luke's disciplined, economics-driven approach with Hannah's multigenerational knowledge of Tampa Bay real estate to help clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

The Holland Difference

Four Promises We Keep
Every Time

These aren't marketing claims — they're the standard we hold ourselves to on every transaction, whether you're buying, selling, or just starting to think it through.

01

Honest

Luke will tell you when a property, builder incentive, or transaction decision doesn't appear to serve your goals — even when that answer costs us the sale.

02

Long-Term Thinking

Every recommendation considers affordability, future marketability, total ownership costs, and how the decision fits your broader plan — not merely what closes today.

03

Trusted Network

Access to vetted inspectors, lenders, title professionals, and contractors ready to support the transaction from contract to close.

04

Clear Guidance

Clients will always understand what happens next, what decisions are coming, and which risks deserve attention. No surprises, no confusion — just a clear path forward.

These standards shape how we evaluate opportunities, communicate risk, negotiate on your behalf, and build the professional team surrounding each transaction.

Meet Your Realtor

William "Luke" Holland

Tampa-raised. Economics-minded. Fully invested in the outcome.

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, William "Luke" Holland grew up believing a home is one of the most important investments a family can make. That perspective began long before he became a Realtor. In the late 1980s, his grandfather, William Edward "Bum" Holland, founded Riley Mobile Homes with a simple mission: making homeownership more attainable for hardworking families. Today, Luke proudly continues that legacy alongside his father and grandmother, helping operate the multigenerational family business while serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Much of Luke's childhood was spent on baseball fields across Florida. Years of competitive travel baseball eventually led him to the collegiate level, but the greatest lessons weren't found in the wins and losses. They came from learning that success is earned through preparation, discipline, consistency, and showing up for your team every single day. Those values continue to shape the way he approaches every client relationship. He believes the best results come from doing the work behind the scenes, paying attention to the details others overlook, and staying calm when the stakes are high.

After retiring from collegiate baseball, Luke earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics. Studying markets and long-term wealth creation gave him a deeper appreciation for what he'd witnessed through his family's business all along: real estate isn't simply about buying or selling property. When approached thoughtfully, it becomes one of the most powerful tools families have to build financial security, create opportunity, and pass wealth from one generation to the next.

Today, Luke combines the work ethic of an athlete, the analytical mindset of an economics graduate, and a lifelong foundation in housing to help clients make confident real estate decisions. Whether he's negotiating on behalf of a first-time buyer, helping a growing family prepare for their next chapter, or evaluating an investment opportunity, he approaches every transaction with careful preparation, honest guidance, and a long-term perspective. His goal isn't simply to help clients buy or sell a home — it's to help them make decisions that will continue serving their families for years to come.

Local Perspective

Hannah Lee Petitt

Seventh-generation Tampa native. Multigenerational real estate background. Educator at heart.

As a seventh-generation Tampa native with roots in the Alderman family, Hannah's connection to Tampa Bay runs deep. Growing up here gave her a genuine appreciation for the neighborhoods, history, and sense of community that make the area feel like home.

Real estate has always been part of her family's story, but some of Hannah's earliest memories weren't spent in an office — they were spent walking through model homes with her grandparents. James "Jim" and Ann Lee founded Sabal Homes in 1971 with a sincere mission: "From our family to yours." That simple vision ended up reaching families across Tampa Bay, from Hunters Green in New Tampa to Fish Hawk Ranch in Lithia to Mirabay in Apollo Beach. Saturday afternoons often meant spending time in the model, watching homes being staged, sitting in color selection meetings, and seeing the excitement of families building a place they would one day call home. Those experiences taught her that a home is never just a structure. It's where life happens.

As Sabal Homes grew, Ann Lee went on to establish Ann Lee Realty, serving the Tampa Bay community for more than fifty years. It is still operational today. Growing up surrounded by builders, Realtors, buyers, and sellers gave Hannah a unique understanding of the home-buying process from the ground up.

Her father, Richard Petitt, further broadened that perspective through his career practicing real estate, title, and construction law and his leadership at Sunset Park Title Company. Through his work, Hannah gained an appreciation for the legal and contractual details that quietly protect every successful transaction.

Outside of real estate, Hannah followed her own heart into education. As a public school teacher, she spends each day helping young learners understand new concepts with patience, encouragement, and clear communication. That experience naturally shapes the way she supports clients today. She believes buying or selling a home shouldn't feel overwhelming. People deserve someone who takes the time to explain the process, answer every question, and help them move forward with confidence.

At Christian Realtor, Hannah combines generations of local real estate knowledge with the heart of an educator. Whether she's creating resources, supporting clients behind the scenes, or helping families feel seen throughout the process, her goal is simple: to make every person feel informed, cared for, and confident from beginning to end.

The Team

Two Perspectives.
One Standard of Care.

Luke approaches each opportunity with the discipline of an athlete, the analytical perspective of an economics graduate, and the responsibility of an advisor whose recommendations can affect a family for years. Together, they built the Holland Difference: honest advice, long-term thinking, trusted professional relationships, and clear guidance from the first conversation through closing — and beyond.
