His grandfather, William Edward "Bum" Holland, founded Riley Mobile Homes in the late 1980s with a simple mission: making homeownership more attainable. Today, Luke proudly continues that legacy alongside his father and grandmother. After retiring from collegiate baseball, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics, combining a lifetime around housing with the market knowledge to help buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions with honesty, clarity, and a long-term perspective.

A proud seventh-generation Tampa native, Hannah has been surrounded by real estate her entire life. Raised among builders, brokers, attorneys, and title professionals, she developed a unique understanding of the home-buying process long before entering the industry herself. Today, she combines generations of local knowledge with a heart for serving others, ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout their journey.
